And wouldn't you know it, his pricing model was right on the money when the appraisal came in. Stu has great suggestions to increase curb appeal as well as how to arrange the interior so his listing photos will pop. He knows the current market inventory very well and what other places our potential buyers are comparing our place to. Knowing that he was able to put together an aggressive listing package that had buyers making their offer on our place and not the competition. The perfect end result in my book!
