Robbyn represented us as sellers. From the very beginning she explained the process and gave us options. I've bought and sold several homes and this transaction, by far, has been the best. When an offer came in from a buyer who was not considered to be a "strong" buyer, she walked us through some options to help protect us, as sellers, in the transaction. She was always in contact and we were never left wondering what was going on with our sale. Her deep knowledge of real estate and the regulations that surround it are comforting to those of us who rely on this type of expertise. My best advice is to let Robbyn do her thing when she comes to your home and asks you to clear away clutter and even move furniture around or out into the garage to make your space look the best it can for potential buyers. She is deeply involved in the photo process and even had the photographer come back and re-take some shots as they were not up to her standards and felt it wouldn't represent our home in the best light possible. TRUST her, even though you may think otherwise; this is what she does. Let her do it and you will succeed. Bottom line, let her list your home and you will have the finest representation there is in the industry

Robbyn Adelsman and Christine Scott are quite the team! They recently supported us in buying our first home together. What we love about them: they are both super responsive. They always returned our texts and calls immediately. Being first time buyers, they took the time to answer our many questions thoroughly and patiently. They also took the time to get to know us as people and not just buyers, investing time in learning our preferences and essentials. They are knowledgeable and experienced. For example, we wanted to put an offer on a home in our exact desired location. I’ve had the good fortune to have Robbyn Adelsman and Christine Scott advocate for me twice in the last year. First, they both did a great job in marketing, negotiating and selling our house in Bellevue. There were some challenging issues with inspections and the buyer’s agent and Robbyn’s expertise definitely came in handy to resolve the issues and close the sale. Subsequently both Robbyn and Christine helped me buy a new home in Issaquah during the restrictions in place because of the Covid-19 pandemic. They were always ready to respond when opportunities came up, gave sound professional advice, and as they say ‘they get the job done’. Expertise matters! Robbyn is an amazing real estate agent. She is the third real estate agent I have used and by far the best out of the three. I would recommend her to anyone. Robbyn is an amazing realtor who will help you sell your home quickly! She met with us at the end of 2019, gave us a list of things to do to sell our home and we got to work. Unfortunately for us, we finished those things right as Covid 19 hit! That didn't stop Robbyn though - we ended up selling our home with 4 offers right in the midst of the worst of the pandemic. You can't go wrong by using Robbyn
