Howard

has lived in Mammoth Lakes for 43 years now and has had a real estate practicewith Coldwell Banker Mammoth Real Estate for over 38 years. Through the years, he has enjoyed the fabulous life style that living in Mammoth Lakesoffers.  Skiing, fishing, hiking, photography and Meteorology have beenhis favorite past times. His interest in Meteorology since he was 10 years old,lead him to an early morning radio broadcast spot, which, more of a hobby, has occurredsince 1980. He can be heard 5 to 6 days a week onlocal radio stations KMMT and KIBS. His local knowledge of the way weatherworks in the area has been appreciated by many.  

I met my wife Donna here in the mid-1980s.Raised two successful children; Clifford and Natalie and both like their mother, are in the Health Care field. Clifford and Natalie now live in other areas of the state. Clifford just compleated a 7 year residency at Standford and is now a plastic surgeon. Natalie is in her 3nd year of Clinical Social Work, at Harbor, UCLA. Both were students here in Mammoth Lakes in the Mammoth Unified School district and both were born in Mammoth. 

Over the years, I have very much enjoyed assisting buyers that dreamed about have that special place in one of the most beautiful locations in the state. Whether it is a small condo or a Luxury Home, it's always been rewarding to see that excitement again and again in folks. 

And for the sellers, ones that have changes in their lives that needed move on, I always exercise the highest level of care, while being most diligent. That is because for many, their mountain home can be their most valuable asset.
