Presently the Owner of LUXE™ Fine Homes Team powered by Keller Williams Realty. In my work history of the past 36 years, I have had the opportunity to serve communities as a Police Officer, put in numerous hours teaching best practices in real estate, coach Agents and run a growing Real Estate office of 125 Associates. Residential and Commercial real estate experiences over the past decade have lent to a strong background. I have found that effective communication, tireless DRIVE, high energy and personal integrity play a significant role in my ability to help others.  

In my past role as a Team Leader/CEO with Keller Williams Realty in upstate NY, I was tasked with growing the business/ brokerage and the development of the top 20% of the current Agents.  I'm a licensed real estate Broker Associate in both New York State and Florida. I have a relentless focus on success through education.  This has enhanced my ability to perform as a Real Estate Agent Broker.
