Dayna Patrick, leader of Patrick Team Homes, offers decades of dependable experience in the real estate business, providing clients with highly specialized service to make their home buying or selling experience easy and stress-free.  Dayna has been with RE/MAX since 2005, and a Virginia licensed Realtor since 1990, providing creative, quality representation for clients seeking to buy or sell residential homes, farms and estate properties.    

Patrick Team Homes is comprised of Dayna, along with her husband/licensed team member Scott Maynor (aka "Mr. Patrick"), and her mother, Micki Patrick.   They offer an initial, no-obligation consultation... then go the extra mile to assist clients with planning, preparation, pricing, marketing, negotiating, and successfully executing their home sale and/or purchases.  Uniquely attuned to their clients needs, Dayna and team will easily go the extra mile and can provide "out of the box" solutions when needed. 

Dayna holds a GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  RE/MAX International has awarded Dayna with  the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and the Platinum production award, year after year.  Micki is an Associate Broker, also with decades of awarded experience.  And Scott, who joined the team in 2017 after a lifetime of Corporate-IT background, now holds a Green Designation and serves as an Accredited Buyer Representative.
