About Tanner

Tanner is a native of Long Valley New Jersey, he spent all his summers on Topsail Island since he was 14.  A graduate of Randolph Macon College of Ashland, Virginia where he was on the Golf Team.  He majored in Business/Economics and graduated in 2003.  He currently holds a Brokers License and is an expert in Investment  Properties, Luxury Properties, and Property Management.  Tanner joined the his first firm in 2007 where he quickly became a Property Manager within a year of employment.  Since selling Real Estate in April of 2018, he has been a multi-million top producing agent in only 9 months.  He has attended many VRMA conferences along with helping to develop progressive ideas, trends, and services that have helped Topsail Island growon a national level.  He also spent time as a Account Manager for an independent insulation company.  Quickly rising to one of the best in his field.  This along with 11 years of Property Managment specifically on Topsail Island can assist you with proper products that give a property value and longevity.  This is a major asset to his profession given the harsh enviorments of the coast.  He can quickly identfy a property that will be substancially better suited for being on the island!
